Takk for alle fine stunder
Du er høyt savnet
We were the original Englishman, Irishman and a Scot. We went into a Pub and the barman said "What is this A joke".
Many memories of Davy in my mind for always. RIP my friend
Beautifull send off, way to go.
Well done all.
Dear Davy, I enjoyed many hours playing in your company, learning some lovely tunes. Thank you for your music and your cheerful company. I will miss you.
Thank you for your kindness and friendship Davy. Thanks too for The Dubliner session, that is a little legacy you have left behind for us to continue to enjoy. RIP Davy.
Davy, I've been a fan for 45 odd years - from Jeppes, through Karoline, Queens, and finally the Dubliner. My special request, which you always played for me, was 'The fair one'. It's very hard to imagine sessions without you. As "your friendly local brickie", as you referred self-deprecatingly to yourself, you were a meticulous worker, too, as witnessed by umpteen buildings and especially bathrooms in Oslo and beyond.
Davy - my favourite uncle. We had a special bond since my childhood. Thank you for sharing your music, love of sailing and many, many photos. We are overwhelmed by the love and affection expressed by your many friends. You were a special man.
David gjorde mer i min hage enn jeg.
Always remembered on your visits home.
Thank you for the way you would always make newcomers feel welcome and included. You were always generous with your heart and your knowledge, and your laughter infused joy into any company you kept The Session will never be the same without you.
RIP.
Thanks Davy for being the glue that kept the music going here in Oslo these past fifty-odd years. It was a privilege to know you and learn from you.
Davy, a much respected founder member
of the Club. Will be sadly missed by all.
Hope I'll see you someday on Fiddler's Green Davy.
RIP
Miło było Cie poznać. Do zobaczenia.
Vil alltid savne deg på lørdag sesssion på Dubliner. RIP.
Thank you that we could meet such a wonderful man as You 💔 because it's not our last goodbye
🎶️🎶

Davy, from the first time our eyes met we knew we had a special bond. Our friendship and love grew from that moment. You said "to the end lass" and here we are going our separate ways. Always in my heart...your 'bloody' lassie your Bozena
